FlexLedger is a personal-finance app for gig workers, creators, and tradespeople. It is provided "as is" and is not financial, tax, or legal advice. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on data or estimates the app produces.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the app, resell access, upload malicious content, use the app for illegal activity, or interfere with other users.
FlexLedger's quarterly and annual tax estimates are informational. They use US federal tax brackets and simplified assumptions. They are not tax advice and should not be filed with the IRS or any tax authority without verification by a qualified accountant.
Receipt parsing and AI insights use large language models. They can make mistakes. Always review AI-parsed data before relying on it. We are not liable for errors in AI output.
You own your data. We claim no rights to your expenses, income, receipts, or job data. You can export or delete everything at any time.
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF FLEXLEDGER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where FlexLedger is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email and in the app at least 30 days before they take effect.
